It's simple really, take your typical belly button piercing and flip it around back, drop it a bit lower and you've got one sexy piercing on your lower back and the tip of your crack. It's a simple alternative to a tramp stamp. Be careful though, it doesn't work out for everyone because of the unique skin quality in that area of the body.
