Significant differences were found in the experimental group following intervention (p<0.001), and when comparing baseline and follow-up assessments (p<0.05) in all variables. The frequency of hemarthrosis (p=0.04) and functionality (p=0.01) improved in patients who received manual therapy as compared to the control group.
