Model/Photograph for us

Thank you for your interest in becoming a featured model or photographer (or both) here at Toxic Dolls.

Unlike many of our competitors, we don't have tons of red tape or make you jump through hoops to model or photograph for our site. However, we do have a few rules and guidelines as well as an informational form we'll need from you. These are included below.

BECOME A FEATURED MODEL OR PHOTOGRAPHER

If you’d like to consider the possibility of modeling or photographing for Toxic Dolls, here are some of the benefits of having your work displayed on our site:

We don’t do “red tape.” Unlike other alternative modeling outlets, we do not require you to turn over the copyright to your works to us or demand exclusive rights. We do appreciate however, that you don’t plaster your Toxic Dolls photos all over every modeling site on the Internet.

The process of signing releases is done between model and photographer and we do not ask for additional forms or releases in any way. All that we request is that the photographer retains age-appropriate documentation of the model he or she shoots. The submitting party agrees that he/she has the legal right to do so with the photos.

You have the opportunity to be a little more artistic than with some of the other alternative modeling sites. For example, we accept sets of black and white photos and photos with saturation effects.

Sets must be between 1-60 photos and submitted via the Internet.

NUDITY – ALTHOUGH ENCOURAGED, NUDITY IS NOT A REQUIREMENT FOR SUBMITTED SETS. THE MODELING EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE FUN AND WE NEVER WANT THE MODELS TO BE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH SOMETHING THEY CHOOSE TO DO.

MARKETING OPTION - IF YOU’D LIKE TO BE ABLE TO SELL PRINTS OF YOUR WORKS THROUGH OUR SITE, (50% GOES TO THE SELLER AND 50% TO THE WEBSITE) PLEASE INDICATE THAT YOU WOULD BE INTERESTED. WE SELL 5x7, 8x10 AND 11x14 PRINTS. PRICES ARE SET AT A RATE OF OF $5.00, $10 AND $15 RESPECTIVELY. THIS IS SUBJECT TO INCREASE.

Toxic Dolls Featured Photo Set Guidelines/Requirements

Although we all more flexible than similar websites, Toxic Dolls does have a few rules and suggestions for photography submissions. These are as follows:

1. Photo sets should contain between 1-60 photographs. We prefer if they are of a similar theme if possible.

2. If you choose to email us your set, you can do so at toxicdollsnet@gmail.com as a .zip file or individual attachments. The .zip file or attachments should not exceed 25 MB - If so, you will need to break down the set into multiple emails that are 25 MB or less each. You can also upload them yourself at http://toxicdolls.com/submit-photos/

3. If possible, individual picture file sizes should be kept under 300 KB for the actual gallery they will go into. If you plan of selling copies, we will need to get your largest full resolution file you have at a later time.

4. No men should be in the photographs except in cases in which they are part of the background or the set is specifically submitted for the "Toxic Dudes" section of our site which is exclusively dedicated to male models.

5. The pictures cannot feature any actual violent criminal acts. Fictional story lines with violence are permitted in most cases.

6. While nudity, full, partial or implied, is 100% acceptable and encouraged, no simulated or actual sexual acts are permitted. This includes the use of toys. At Toxic Dolls we are about the art and in no way accept sets of a pornographic or obscene nature.

7. We prefer that you do not watermark your photos. However, small watermarks that do not interfere with the photo may be used.

8. If you already have nice quality shots, there is no need for you to wait to make your first submission until you schedule a new shoot. You may submit photos you already have so long as they fit the rest of the criteria.

By sending this application information, all models appearing on this site (or photographers submitting content) indicate that they (or in the case of photographers the models their photos feature) are at least 18 years of age and of sound mind. They also agree that toxicdolls.com cannot be held responsible for any damages, injuries or other legal issues of any kind that may arise from their participation with toxicdolls.com
